The service levels listed below apply to the postal/courier service’s commitment once the parcel has been collected from our premises.
All orders are packaged securely and discreetly for your privacy as standard. There are no external markings to suggest what is inside the package. All prices quoted on this page include UK VAT at 20% where applicable. For export orders, UK VAT will not be applied.
All our products are sold under the delivery terms “Delivered at Place” (DAP). Under DAP delivery terms, the buyer is responsible for any customs-related costs, tariffs, taxes, fees, or duties that may apply. All orders are dispatched from the UK.

Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery is provided on all orders where the total order value is £50 or above. Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery services do not deliver to certain UK locations on Sundays (see Royal Mail web site for details).

It is our customer’s responsibility to determine the import/customs requirements or constraints for the products that you have ordered. Pure Peptides UK cannot take any responsibility for customs clearance or any issues that arise from the importation of our products. Please remember that when importing our products, local duties and taxes may be levied by the Customs authorities (there may also be a handling charge from the shipper for processing the payment). Please note that not all delivery options are available for all countries. Currently, we do not export to Germany, Austria, Portugal, Sweden or Spain due to these country’s Customs authorities stopping all shipments containing peptides.
Returns Policy
If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA), you get 14 calendar days to return your order for a refund. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order. We can only accept returned items that have not been opened and have security seals intact.

Delivery to Saudi can be by either International Mail or DHL. Currently, the cost of International Mail is £14.10 and DHL is £38. We do accept credit card payments.

For normal delivery, how many days for delivery to Dubai.

In the last few months, we have been shipping parcels to Dubai every week. We don’t currently have stats for the total number of unique customers. Delivery via Royal Mail and International Postal services generally takes 7 days. We can provide CoA certificates.
