3. Joining the Programme

3.1 To join, you must be at least 18 years of age and must give us accurate and complete information about yourself, your business (where applicable) and every website, social media account or other platform on which you intend to promote us. You must tell us promptly if any of this information changes.

3.2 Every application is reviewed manually. Review normally takes up to 2 business days, and we will tell you our decision by email.

3.3 We may decline any application at our sole discretion and are not obliged to give reasons. Applications are likely to be declined where the applicant’s website, channels or business:

  • promote or display violence, discrimination, sexually explicit material, copyright or trademark infringement, spam, scams or any other unlawful activity;
  • include “Pure Peptides UK”, or any variation or misspelling of it, in a domain name, social media handle or account name;
  • copy or imitate our website design or branding in a way that could lead people to believe they are dealing with us or with a business connected to us;
  • resell, or intend to resell, any of our Products;
  • present peptides, whether ours or another supplier’s, for human or veterinary use, for example by publishing dosing protocols, administration guidance, or claims of therapeutic, performance, cosmetic or weight-loss benefit;
  • are otherwise not aligned with our business standards or are inappropriate for the Products we sell.

3.4 By joining, you agree to receive emails from us about the Programme, including changes to these Affiliate Terms, news, updates and other information relevant to you as an Affiliate.

4. Research Use Only Obligations

Our Products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not licensed medicinal products, have not been approved by the MHRA or any other regulatory authority for use in humans or animals, and must not be used, promoted or presented as if they were. This Clause is fundamental to the Programme and applies to everything you do as an Affiliate.

4.1 You agree that all Promotional Content, recommendations and referrals you make will present our Products solely as research materials intended for laboratory research use only, consistent with Clause 4 of our Terms of Sale.

4.2 You must not, in any Promotional Content or in any communication with any person:

  • state, suggest or imply that any Product is suitable for, or may be used for, human or veterinary consumption, administration or use of any kind;
  • make or imply any therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, preventative, nutritional, cosmetic, anti-ageing, weight-loss, performance or other health-related claim about any Product;
  • provide, share, link to or endorse dosing information, administration or injection instructions, “cycles”, “stacks”, “protocols” or similar guidance relating to use in humans or animals;
  • share personal-use testimonials, before-and-after content, or accounts of results experienced by you or by any other person or animal;
  • encourage, advise on or facilitate a purchase by anyone you know, or reasonably suspect, intends to use Products on humans or animals;
  • direct Promotional Content at, or knowingly refer, any person under the age of 18.

4.3 Wherever you recommend or link to our Products, you must make clear to your audience that the Products are sold for research use only, not for human or veterinary use, and that every purchaser will be required to confirm this under our Terms of Sale. We may provide approved wording for this purpose, and you must use it where we ask you to.

4.4 You acknowledge that presenting a product as having properties for treating or preventing disease in humans or animals may cause it to be regarded as a medicinal product, and that advertising a medicinal product that does not hold a marketing authorisation can be a criminal offence in the UK. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Promotional Content, any recommendations or referrals you make, and any handling, onward supply or use of Products by you or by anyone acting on your behalf, comply with all applicable law and regulation, including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 and the Veterinary Medicines Regulations 2013, and any professional or regulatory obligations that apply to you.

4.5 If we ask you to amend or remove any Promotional Content that we consider does not comply with this Clause, you must do so within 48 hours of our request.

4.6 Any breach of this Clause 4 is a material breach of these Affiliate Terms. In addition to our other rights, we may immediately suspend or terminate your participation in the Programme, withhold or reclaim any Commission arising from or connected with the breach, and cancel any order we reasonably believe has been placed for human or veterinary use.

5. Commission and Payment

5.1 Commission rates are agreed individually between each Affiliate and us. Your commission rate and any other commercial terms agreed with you are confidential and must not be disclosed to any third party.

5.2 Commission is calculated as a percentage of the value of each Qualifying Sale, excluding delivery charges, VAT, any tariff levy, and any other taxes or duties.

5.3 A sale is attributed to you where the customer reaches our Website through your Affiliate Link, or uses your Discount Code at checkout. Attribution is recorded in a cookie lasting 365 days, as follows:

  • if a customer clicks your Affiliate Link, any order they place within 365 days of that click is attributed to you;
  • if a customer uses your Discount Code, any later order they place within 365 days is attributed to you, whether or not they use the Discount Code again;
  • once the cookie has expired, no Commission is recorded unless the customer uses your Affiliate Link or Discount Code again;
  • where more than one Affiliate could be credited, Commission is awarded to the Affiliate whose Affiliate Link was clicked, or whose Discount Code was used, first within the 365-day period.

Attribution depends on the customer’s browser accepting our tracking cookie. We cannot guarantee attribution where a customer declines non-essential cookies, blocks cookies, or deletes them.

5.4 Commission is subject to a 15-day holding period from the date of the related order, and becomes payable only once that period has ended and the order has not been cancelled, returned, refunded or charged back. If an order is cancelled or refunded during the holding period, the related Commission is removed from your account.

5.5 If an order is cancelled, returned, refunded or charged back after the related Commission has been paid, we may deduct the amount of that Commission from future payments to you.

5.6 Where a Qualifying Sale is paid in euros, Commission is calculated on the sterling equivalent of the order value, using the fixed GBP/EUR rate applied on our Website at the time of the order.

5.7 The minimum payout is £50. Payments are made monthly in pounds sterling, by bank transfer to the account you nominate, between the 15th and the last day of each month. If you would prefer to build up a higher balance before payment, please tell us the amount. You may instead choose to receive Commission as store credit for use on our Website.

5.8 Every Commission is subject to our approval and will appear in your affiliate dashboard as “Pending”, “Unpaid”, “Rejected” or “Paid”.

5.9 You may not earn Commission on purchases made by you or on your behalf, including purchases made through your own Affiliate Link or Discount Code.

5.10 We may change commission rates at any time, giving you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change takes effect.

5.11 You are responsible for any tax, national insurance or other liabilities arising on Commission paid to you, and for complying with any laws that apply to you in your country of residence.

6. Permitted Promotion

Subject always to Clauses 4, 7 and 8, you may promote us by:

  • recommending us in person, by phone or in conversation, including passing on your Discount Code verbally (please note that only your Discount Code can be tracked in this way);
  • sharing your Affiliate Link or Discount Code directly with people who may be interested in our Products;
  • publishing a review of Pure Peptides UK on your website or blog, linking to our Website through your Affiliate Link, Discount Code or materials we provide;
  • publishing articles relevant to peptide research on your website or blog, linking to our Website in the same way;
  • sharing your Affiliate Link or Discount Code on your social media accounts, provided this is permitted by the platform’s own terms;
  • including your Affiliate Link or Discount Code in emails, but only to people who are existing customers or subscribers of yours, who have agreed to receive marketing from you, and who can unsubscribe from future emails;
  • featuring your Affiliate Link or Discount Code in audio and video content, including podcasts, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels and livestreams;
  • paid advertising, subject to Clause 7.

If you are unsure whether a promotional method is acceptable, please ask us before using it.

7. Prohibited Promotion

You must not:

  • send spam in any form or on any channel, including unsolicited marketing emails, mass commenting, unsolicited direct messages, or posting your Affiliate Link or Discount Code in groups or forums where this is not permitted;
  • misrepresent us or our Products in any way, including by giving false or misleading information, using fake testimonials or reviews, claiming to be Pure Peptides UK or one of our employees, or concealing your identity or your relationship with us;
  • bid on “Pure Peptides UK”, or any variation or misspelling of it, as a keyword in paid search, or run any advertisement that could be mistaken for one placed by us;
  • place your Affiliate Link or Discount Code on coupon, voucher or deal websites;
  • publish any content that breaches Clause 4.

This list is not exhaustive. We may terminate your participation if we consider that your promotional activities are inconsistent with these Affiliate Terms or with our business values.

Where you use paid advertising or any third-party platform, you are responsible for complying with that platform’s advertising policies and terms. Many advertising platforms restrict promotion of peptides and similar substances. We accept no responsibility for any suspension of, or restriction on, your advertising or platform accounts.

8. Disclosing Your Relationship With Us

8.1 Affiliate marketing is advertising. Wherever you promote us, you must clearly and prominently disclose that you are an affiliate of Pure Peptides UK and may earn Commission from purchases made through your Affiliate Link or Discount Code. A label such as “#ad” or “Ad” at the start of a post, or an equally clear statement beside the Affiliate Link, is appropriate. A disclosure hidden among other hashtags, or placed only in a profile bio, is not.

8.2 In audio and video content, the disclosure must be made within the content itself, spoken or shown clearly on screen, and not only in an accompanying description or caption.

8.3 When recommending us in person or in conversation, you must not conceal that you earn Commission if asked. If you recommend us in a professional capacity, for example as a healthcare practitioner or clinic, you must disclose your affiliate relationship with us at the time of the recommendation.

8.4 You must comply with the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing (the CAP Code), the consumer protection provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, the guidance on influencer and affiliate marketing published by the Advertising Standards Authority and the Competition and Markets Authority, and any equivalent rules that apply in the countries where your audience is located.

9. Use of Our Brand and Materials

9.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence, for as long as you take part in the Programme, to use our name, logos and any banners or creative materials we supply, solely to promote our Website in accordance with these Affiliate Terms.

9.2 You must not alter our logos or materials, combine them with other marks, or use them in any way that suggests we endorse you or your content beyond the affiliate relationship.

9.3 You must not register or use any domain name, social media handle, account name or business name that contains “Pure Peptides UK” or any confusingly similar variation.

9.4 All rights in our name, logos and materials remain with us. The licence in Clause 9.1 ends automatically when your participation in the Programme ends.

10. Confidentiality

You must keep confidential your commission rate, and any other non-public commercial, product or customer information we share with you, both during your participation in the Programme and after it ends. You may disclose such information only where required by law.

11. Data Protection

11.1 We process your personal data, including your contact details, payment details and performance information, to administer the Programme and pay Commission, in accordance with our Privacy Policy at purepeptidesuk.com/privacy-policy.

11.2 Where your affiliate dashboard shows information about referred orders, you may use it only to monitor your Commission, and must not attempt to identify or contact the customers concerned.

11.3 Where you collect or use personal data in your own promotional activities, including email marketing, you are responsible for complying with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

12. Relationship of the Parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency or joint venture relationship between you and Pure Progress Ltd. You have no authority to make or accept any offer, representation or commitment on our behalf, and you are responsible for your own costs of taking part in the Programme.

13. Liability and Indemnity

13.1 Nothing in these Affiliate Terms limits or excludes either party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

13.2 Subject to Clause 13.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Affiliate Terms is limited to the total Commission paid or payable to you in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable to you for any loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill, or for any indirect or consequential loss.

13.3 You will indemnify Pure Progress Ltd, its officers, employees and agents against all claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • any breach by you of these Affiliate Terms, in particular Clause 4;
  • any Promotional Content you create, publish or share;
  • any infringement by you of the rights of a third party.

14. Suspension and Termination

14.1 Either you or we may end your participation in the Programme at any time, with or without reason, by notice by email.

14.2 We may suspend or terminate your participation immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Affiliate Terms.

14.3 When your participation ends:

  • we will pay any approved Commission validly earned before termination at our next payment date, regardless of the minimum payout, except Commission connected with a breach of these Affiliate Terms, which we may withhold;
  • you must remove our name, logos, materials, Affiliate Links and Discount Codes from all your websites and channels within 7 days;
  • your Affiliate Link and Discount Code will be deactivated;
  • Clauses 4.4, 5.5, 10, 13 and 16 continue to apply.

15. Changes to These Affiliate Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change takes effect (or 30 days for changes to commission rates, under Clause 5.10). If you do not agree with a change, you may leave the Programme before it takes effect. If you continue to take part after that date, you will be treated as having accepted the change.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Affiliate Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. General

17.1 Entire Agreement. These Affiliate Terms, together with any written confirmation of your commission rate, form the entire agreement between us about the Programme and replace any earlier arrangement or understanding.

17.2 Severability. If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

17.3 Waiver. A failure or delay by either party in exercising any right or remedy does not waive that right or remedy.

17.4 Third Party Rights. No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these Affiliate Terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

17.5 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Affiliate Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer ours, including in connection with a sale or restructuring of our business.

17.6 Notices. Notices to us must be sent by email to info@purepeptidesuk.com. We will send notices to the email address associated with your affiliate account.

If you have any questions about these Affiliate Terms, please contact us.
